Terms & Conditions

• Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
• *Brazilian Soccer Schools* or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
• *Brazilian Soccer Schools* reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
• You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at suttoncroydon@braziliansoccerscholls.co.uk.
• You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address.
• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
• You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
• We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances
• If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, *Your club* will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.

Session Rules

• Children MUST be wearing shin pads! In the case of no shin pads being worn they will not be able to participate in any matches due to the fact there may be physical contact.
• You must try your best to get to the venue prior to the start of the session as entering mid way into the session may disrupt the class.
• If you wish to bring drinks/snacks they MUST be kept at the side of the hall away from the session.
• You must comply with the above rules/etiquette which forms part of this agreement. We may change the rules/etiquette at any time. We will post notice of any changes at the venue.
